5. User Responsibility for Stored Data
You are solely responsible for all information, notes, customer details, files, reminders, content references, or other data that you enter into AmatoolBox.
You must only store data that you are legally allowed to collect, process, and store.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, data protection, business, employment, contractual, and platform rules that apply to your own use of the information you enter into AmatoolBox.
You must not use AmatoolBox to store illegal content, stolen data, unauthorized access credentials, harmful code, unlawful material, or information that violates the rights of others.
6. No Guarantee of Business Results
AmatoolBox is designed to help organize information and support customer-related workflows.
We do not guarantee increased sales, higher customer retention, better customer responses, business growth, income, profit, or any specific commercial result.
Any examples, descriptions, or marketing statements on Amatoolbox.com are general descriptions of possible use cases and are not guarantees of results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, text, graphics, logos, images, interface elements, code, concepts, and materials available through AmatoolBox are owned by us or licensed to us, unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reproduce, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from AmatoolBox or its materials without our prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vanuatu, unless mandatory law in another jurisdiction applies and cannot legally be excluded.
